Bank Deals

I have a friend who has been doing cocaine for a year ago but recently got into heroin about 5 months ago. He really, really needs to go to a rehabilitation center but he is no longer a teen and there is no way to make someone who is not a minor (to my knowledge) go to rehab. The guy he was doing drugs with is in jail now and will be getting clean, but my other friend is still doing the same ol shit. So, how do you force someone to go into rehab? Do you find a way to get them in jail, or do you do an intervention? I really don't want to see this dude fucking his life over anymore but there really isn't anything you can do. It seems like the only chance people have at getting clean and off drugs is to go to jail or prison, but even that can't make them stop using drugs. 

Oh.. and speaking of heroin, my friend Eric finally got off the oxycontin and heroin and we started hanging out again. Hadn't seen him since last December when he started doing heroin. His family did an intervention and the intervention worked, he went to rehab and has been clean for about 3 months.
