Well...Most of you are familiar with netnoob (http://netnoob.instantspot.com). When he made that post about sony suing him.. well.. you guessed it... that was just another stunt to get some more traffic. Sony never contacted him. How could sony have contacted him so quickly and be ready to take him to court? Do you think 6000 unique views is really enough to catch sony's eye? It was on diggs frontpage for about 10 minutes, and if I remember correctly, it was the story about him being sued that got the most traffic and made the frontpage.

I figured since the traffic and talk has worn down, I might as well set the record straight for him...

As it stands now: Netnoob never owned a playstation 3, he never owned a house, and sony is not suing him.

Or maybe they are in fact settling with him, and were never going to sue him because he would be the one suing them?

So maybe, as it stands now... Netnoob owned a playstation 3, he owned a house, his playstation 3 DID burn down his house, and he is about to be a few grand richer for retracting all of that.

So yea, there's no problem with the Playstation 3, it's graphics are better than the xbox 360, it does not run hot like the 360, and there is no risk to your children with having a PS3 in the house...

The Wii, on the other hand, does have a wii little defect (pun). The Wii will sometimes not accept a disc and repeatedly spit the disc back out, causing it to roll out and be scratched. You probably have to take your Wii back or have it repaired if this is happening. So, the Wii Does have a defect, but it's not going to burn down your house... Here is a video of the defect:
